    We used Kristel to sell a 1932 fixer upper. She was awesome! She had drone photography done and I cannot tell you awesome those drone photos of the property looked. Her stagger used our furnishings to make everything look awesome. After 3 days of showings we had 6 offers (the photos were amazing)! Kristel took the time to go through the top 4 offers. We accepted an offer $41.5K over asking price! This house was such a fixer upper that every other agent told us we could not accept conventional financing. But the purchaser had conventional financing and worked with his lender to take care of the necessary work orders, at his expense AFTER his loan closed. We highly recommend Kristel for selling your home. This was an emotional sale for us and we are so grateful that Kristel was there to get us through it. Both my wife (who was a former real estate agent) and I HIGHLY recommend her!
